Thanks to this cooperation, replacement therapy was introduced in Ukraine, rapid tests appeared, and the development of a laboratory service system. On September 18, 2006, the Cooperation Agreement between President Clinton, Olena Pinchuk and Viktor Pinchuk was signed in New York. Thanks to the signed Agreement, Ukraine gained access to the most effective methods of combating the epidemic and the latest developments in the field of prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS and support for HIV-positive and AIDS-affected Ukrainians.
