The Olena Pinchuk Foundation works with a wide range of women, bolstering their professional fulfillment, economic independence, mental and reproductive health, as well as assisting women in the military.
In 2022, the Olena Pinchuk Foundation, in partnership with the NGO «Hryhoriy Skovoroda Institute for Process Oriented Work in Ukraine», launched a unique project for Ukraine, named «Regeneration». This initiative, dedicated to training psychological support specialists, involves international experts from nine countries. They will offer free training to Ukrainian professionals enabling them to provide psychological support and contribute to the mental health recovery of Ukrainian women during and after the war.
Following the outbreak of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Olena Pinchuk Foundation initiated a collaboration with the Women's Veterans Movement. To support female soldiers and enhance their conditions at the front, the Olena Pinchuk Foundation sends them monthly batches of essential medicines, hygiene products and household items. In addition, the Foundation purchases uniforms and tactical underwear and, in association with the Yuriy Spizhenko Medical Center, provides medical check-ups.
In a cooperative effort with the NGO «Lada», the Olena Pinchuk Foundation introduced the « Mom's Monday » project, a bi-monthly resource and educational meeting for women with young children at the Dialog Hub. The program is conceived to assist women post-childbirth, offering them time for personal recovery and development, as well as helping them reintegrate into the work force. Meetings include group psychological support, lectures on sexual and reproductive health, career counseling, and physical exercises. Meanwhile, professional babysitters and child entertainers take care of the children.
Since 2017, the Olena Pinchuk Foundation has been running the «I Can!» project, aimed at strengthening women’s role in society, fostering their professional fulfillment and economic independence. Under this project, the Foundation has developed educational courses such as « Women in Business: Booster Effect » and « From Place to Career » and has held grant competitions to promote women's entrepreneurship. Moreover, in collaboration with Guzema Jewelry, an « Inspiration Chain » necklace, symbolizing women's support, has been made. Finally, a joint venture with the Marsala brand resulted in a limited edition « Fearless Bag » collection, reminding women of their strength and potential. The project is implemented with the support of the Coca-Cola Foundation.
