Prince Harry Joins Coldplay Onstage at Kensington Palace Charity Concert

Coldplay headlined Kensington Palace's first ever concert on Tuesday (June 28) with a set that featured a very special, royal guest singer -- Prince Harry.

The royal abode opened up its East Lawn to a charity concert to raise money for Prince Harry's Sentebale charity and to raise awareness of youth affected by HIV/Aids in sub-Saharan Africa.

"What we know is that HIV is a virus that thrives off silence and feeds on stigma," said Prince Harry before introducing Coldplay to the stage. "Every single one of us has a responsibility to educate ourselves. To do what we can to speak out and stamp out the silence, ignorance, and fear that the virus needs to win."

In the performance's finale, Prince Harry joined Coldplay, Prince Seeiso and the Basotho Youth Choir to perform the A Head Full of Dreams song "Up&Up".

The charity concert featured Coldplay as well as Grammy-winner Joss Stone, the Basotho Youth Choir and African-Norwegian duo Nico and Vinz. Coldplay also performed their recent singles "Hymn For the Weekend" and "Paradise."
