Armored fast for hot spots

The first batch of armored ambulances, purchased with the support of Viktor and Olena Pinchuk, arrived in Ukraine from Great Britain

The first armored ambulances of the STANAG 4569 standard for rescuing wounded soldiers and civilians from the affected area have already arrived in Lviv. They are in the distribution center of the Ministry of Health and will soon go to the hottest spots on the front. These armored vehicles can guarantee access to the most dangerous places, and reliably protect our brave medics, soldiers, and civilians during evacuation from the battlefield.

These ambulances, which were purchased with the support of Victor and Elena Pinchuk, previously belonged to the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain. The largest British manufacturer of ambulances - the company Venari Group converted them into ambulances. Venari Group employees worked 24/7 to convert these cars for Ukraine's wartime needs.

"Saving the lives of those who save lives has been our goal since 2014 when we began to build a system of education and training of military medics together with NATO experts," said Olena Pinchuk, "Medsanbat instructors have been working in hot spots since the first days of the invasion our task was to provide them with everything they needed. Armored ambulances are the next stage, which enables medics to evacuate the wounded from hot spots and deliver them to medical facilities promptly. We visited the factory where the fast cars were processed, and we know how much effort was made to deliver them to Ukraine as quickly as possible."

Commenting, Viktor Pinchuk noted: "The war against Ukraine is a war against freedom and life. Armored ambulances will save the lives of those who defend our freedom and the freedom of Europe. Among the other things we do to support our soldiers and medics, we couldn't do it without our partners, because these machines are not easy to find. We are grateful to the Embassy of Ukraine in Great Britain, Venari Group and Member of the British Parliament Andrew Percy for their support and assistance in the implementation of this project."
